Envy 6075

I bought an HP Envy 6075. In order to finalize the registration for the instant ink, I need to get the printer claim code.

The network configuration page doesn't have any code. And going through the portal the web services tab and the print info page button does nothing, no page is printed.

What can I do to complete the process?

Thanks

@MarcMin, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I believe you are referring to the claim code. Refer to this document - Find the Printer Claim Code

For step by step assistance in enrolling the printer in Instant Ink, click here - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Make sure the web services is ON

Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
