After a hard drive failure I downloaded an iso file from Dell and reinstalled Win 10. After several attempts over several days I can not print or connect to Instant Ink. The printer is set up and the blue light is solid. I have deleted the drivers and reinstalled. Ran HP smart and switched of printer and router all to no avail. Please advise. I read a post saying that the date was wrong on the printer but I can not find a date at all. I have downloaded the Microsoft WIN10 connectivity checker but it keeps telling me that the printer was turned off, which it was not.
