My printer will not printer and has displayed an error message. But what sort of error is it?
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer. I'd be happy to assist you. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Re-insert the ink cartridges. Check for any paper jams and make sure the print carriage is moving freely
