Hello!

 

Just bought HP Envy Photo 6234, it comes with 7 months of free ink from HP instant ink.
But getting error messages saying. " There was a problem finalizing your subscription (GSS001)"

Searched in here, but have not found any solution only Responders telling Askers to contact them by email, but cant find any email or how to contact support ANYWHERE on their site. Im deaf so i cant call.

SOLVED!

Tried (for the 5th time ) to register via the HP smart app on my PC instead. It worked!
Just tap Register and choose which monthly plan you want, the free subscription will be there in green text under the payment information.
