I have cancelled my Instant ink subscription because we do not print enough to warrant the cost. The website says the toner cartridges are the property of HP and must be returned. My account is still active for a month. When I try to order a recycle bag to return my 2 toner cartridges, a popup messagemy order cant be processed and to try again later. I have tried for 2 days with the same result. Do I need to return my cartridges?
