Error message on printer: "cannot print. contact hpinstantink.com for more information"
Apparently HP doesn't even provide free support once your warranty is expired (What the... ?) The virtual support just goes round in circles.
The ink isn't the problem. Sufficient in all colors. Is anyone else getting this error? Anyone resolve it?

Are any of the cartridges in the printer HP Instant Ink cartridges? Do you have an active HP Instant Ink account?
If you do not have an active Instant Ink account you will need to replace any Instant Ink cartridges with retail cartridges and return the Instant Ink cartridges to HP as provided by the terms of service.
Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
The support number for Instant Ink can also be found in the Terms of Service document here, near the top of the document.
