Hello,

I had installed a new cartridge from instant ink, but I'm getting the error "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed" on my HP ENVY PHOTO 7130.

I already made all the steps that troubleshooting shows.

 

Can I have an urgent reply?
