Photosmart D7360
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

This may be the wrong board for this question, I wasn't sure where to post it.

I found and purchased a "NEW" in the box Photosmart D7360 printer. The problem is the Introductory Ink Cartridges have expired. The printer displays the "Expired Ink Cartridges" message at initial start-up. I tried using a set of used cartridges from my old printer but I get the message to install the " New Introductory Cartridges" that came with the printer. Round and round I go .... any ideas or solutions/ Thanks Pat

oh ya ... the used cartridges I tried are used but NOT expired.

@PatThePrinter1, Welcome to HP Support Community!

For the printer to go through the initial setup- introductory cartridges are required. Since the ones you have are expired, I would suggest you reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer/cartridges.

Hope this helps!
