Product: HP ENVY 5020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this printer for home use and I have to say that it NEVER worked well. I am very unhappy with this product. 

I wish I could fix it but even ordering new cartridges is hard, when the machine is telling you the levels are grand. So frustrating.
