My black ink cartridge replacement worked at first. Then my printer went into error mode. I replaced it with the old cartridge and it started working! I can only believe that my problem is with the replacement cartridge. Has anyone had this happen and if so how did Instant ink resolve the issue. I have been very satisfied with the program up to this point!
