Failed pages counting as a printed page. Pages only fail with ho smart, AirPrint doesn’t have the is

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing from ho smart app I’ve had the second page of a couple of two page projects fail. 
these print fine using air print. I’m concerned that my account as now down two pages which didn’t complete.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  
Remove the HP Smart app from your computer and reinstall:

  • In Windows, search for and open Add or remove programs. In the list of installed programs, click HP Smart > Uninstall.

And install HP smart app: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142
