Faulty Black Instant Ink Cartridge

HP Recommended
HP Envy Photo 7830

Error Message: 'Remove and reinstall the indicated (black) cartridge making sure it is correctly installed.' Have done this plus followed all other recommended advice from virtual agent. How can I request HP to speedily send a replacement black instant ink cartridge for a faulty cartridge?

Before contacting HP Support, please clean the electrical contacts of the printer by using this manual:

What is the result?

If you re-insert the old cartridge, does the message on the printer's display change?
