Hi, I have an Instant Ink account, and i installed new cartridges yesterday, when I got the message that ink was low, even though the printer was working perfectly. Since installing the new ones, the printing has been impossible...the alignment sheet was unintelligable, and so alignment was unsuccessful. I have tried numerous tools...head cleaning, print quality reports,etc (and in the process used many sheets of printing from my allowance). no error messages coming up.

This morning I decided to try with the previous, old, cartridges, and the printer works perfectly again, though of course still low on ink. I can only deduce that these are faulty cartridges.

I do have yet another set of cartridges still, but I am reluctant to unwrap and try them, in case this is not the problem.

I would be grateful for advice, and if I can be credited for the copies made in an attempt to correct the problem.

As a follow up....the problem is now hopefully solved and having created a case and contacted customer support, new cartridges are being sent.
