The currently installed HP Instant Ink colour cartridge installed in my sons Envy 5640 has been faulty for months. It doesn’t generate an error message it just merrily prints without adding any red colour. I’ve been through all the cleaning process etc to no avail and the Instant Ink online system steadfastly refuses to accept there’s a problem. Can I just get a replacement cartridge? I’ve had the service a year now and we’re still on the first set of (faulty) cartridges. Proving pretty expensive so far! 😅
