Solved!

Faulty Instant Ink Cartridge

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been having trouble with an Instant Ink Tricolour Cartridge. Sometimes it doesn't work at all, sometimes it won't print red and sometimes it will print red some of the time and purple the rest; for example if I print off a word document in red half the lines are red and the other half purple.

I've been stuck in and endless loop of getting sent from one automated support system to another on the HP website, can anyone recommend a fix (I've tried the obvious, updating, resetting etc) or tell me how I can contact an actual person and ask for a replacement cartridge.

Faulty Instant Ink Cartridge

@tonyfr

Upon checking the account I see that the ink cartridges were shipped recently.

Also, I would suggest you follow the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues. If the issue persists, reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
