I've gone through all the suggested support solutions. Printer is copying fine and will print single cartridge in black and white. There is a fault with the Instant Ink Tricolour cartridge. How on earth do I contact them to send me a replacement cartridge in the current lockdown? Virtual agent is no help and phone also impossible.

I have the same problem with the black ink cartridge. Please tell me how you got the replacement. I've given up on the virtual assistant. What works?

Hi, 

I just posted here explaining the circumstances and an HP employee got back to me. My original post is above. They'll also send you a private message as you'll need to provide details about your printer and your Instant Ink account but the whole process was really quick. You'll probably wait a couple of days for someone to get in touch but just answer quickly and, as I said, they're really quick.
