I’ve recently installed a new black cartridge from Instant Ink but it’s throwing up problems. At first it looked ok, but after a short period not being used the ink level displays as empty. Checking it via the app says that the cartridge can’t communicate. I cleaned the connections as advised, checked that the latest firmware is installed and reset the printer. All seems fine when first switched on and it prints fine. But again after a short period with the printer on standby the black cartridge again shows as empty and unable to communicate. How can I get a replacement cartridge?
