My black cartridge has stopped printing despite still having ink.  I have tried all the suggested and recommended fixes but I still get only colour printing.  How do I go about getting this cartridge replaced as I can't use normal HP cartridges.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program?

Are you getting any cartridge errors?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I managed to get hold of customer support by phone and we determined that the cartridge is just quite old and replacements have been sent.  Thank you for offering to help me out.
