Hi, I am enrolled on Instant Ink programme and am having problems with print quality for black ink. The black ink cartridge is nearing empty but doesn't print out any black , I have tried all cleaning / alignment etc to no avail and all the test pages etc. I have not got a replacement to switch to and this cartridge is approx two years old
( the only one I have had since Aug 2017 ) There is no replacement pending and I cannot find any way to contact Instant Ink to request a replacement.
Please let me know how I can have replacement for the black cartridge.
