Hi, I am enrolled on Instant Ink programme and am having problems with print quality for black ink. The black ink cartridge is nearing empty but doesn't print out any black , I have tried all cleaning / alignment etc to no avail and all the test pages etc. I have not got a replacement to switch to and this cartridge is approx two years old
( the only one I have had since Aug 2017 ) There is no replacement pending and I cannot find any way to contact Instant Ink to request a replacement.
Please let me know how I can have replacement for the black cartridge.

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, Please ensure you have followed all the steps suggested in this support document. Click here and try all the steps mentioned, to solve the issue, if that doesn't help, I need more information to help your cause.
