Hi.

despite numerous attempts to contact online support, the bots and general chat was too slow, I had to get on with my day and then missed the replies. The replies were all generic, your ink levels are fine, try cleaning / realigning etc.

I have done all this numerous times and the black ink is sporadic at best. I have been unable to use my printer now for over a month and end up in the same conversation with support every time. Having worked in the printing industry in a previous life, I do know something about printers and when something is faulty

could someone PLEASE just tell me how to get a replacement to the faulty catridge? I am on hp instant ink and am not receiving the satisfactory service or product that I signed up for. Thank you

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
