Set up instant ink over 2 years ago. As far as I can recall I only ever received the initial cartridges and have barely used the printer. My account shows a colour cartridge sent to me in 02/18 only. So I have happily paid all this time but need to finally get to the bottom of my issue
With the black cartridge fitted it will not print properly. Shows as ink level full but will not print!
Take it out and print in colour and it's absolutely fine. Been on going for so long, always forgetting to do anything about it, hoping ink will turn up in the post but never has.
No option to report it so I have ende duo herex what do I do?

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
