After a few weeks of use, my black instant cartridge has stopped working.
I get an error message, remove and replace. Clean contacts if required.
Having removed it, the cartridge, not the printer smells like electrical burning. The ribbon looks charred.
How do I get a new one sent out
I now have a printer i cant use.
