I have a HP Envy 4527 and when I replaced the Tri-colour cartridge the message on my printer screen said that it’s not recognised and to keep trying to replace it. I have done this several times to no avail. I have followed all guidance on the support web page, however this has not solved the problem. I require a replacement ink cartridge. How do I go about this as I cannot see a process for this request to happen? (I have a live Instant Ink account).

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet for the instant ink servers to know the status of the ink cartridges in the printer.
Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
