I had both colour and Black cartridges sent in the last shipment for instant ink.

I recently installed the colour cartridge as normal with no problem

However today I installed the black cartridge but it has not recognised the cartridge. I followed all the suggested steps, reinstalled the cartridge etc unplugged, switched off and then back on etc.

Is there any way to resolve this issue?
I have temporarily removed the black cartridge so I can print using a single cartridge.
