Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER

Hello,

I've decided to post here because I have reached out to HP numerous times without any help and am ready to rip my hair out. I received an instant ink cartridge in mid-to-late September and it did not work from the beginning, regardless of troubleshooting. I believe I reached out four or five times and was able to talk to someone once, who was very very helpful and did what she could, but with no luck. She opened an ink/toner service order for me (October 13) and told me that the ink would be on the way in a few days. In the meantime, I just used the standard ink cartridges.

As you can probably guess, it never came. I received an email confirming the service order, telling me that my next steps were to just wait for the new one and send the faulty one back; however, there hasn't been any follow-up and I can't find anything on my HP account indicating that a service order was even opened. So here I am, having tried to reach out with no reply, and in the middle of finals. I am considering just cancelling my instant ink subscription and continue buying the standard cartridges, as it is too much of a headache to try and use this service. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm not really sure of what to do.
