The colour cartridge is faulty. I have just replaced it for a new one.  The printer reports a cartridge problem. The black one is fine, and if I put the old colour one back that it also recognised fine (albeit its empty) so it's a cartridge fault not a printer fault. How do I get a replacement sent when I'm on instant ink? Thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand the new tricolor ink cartridge is defective. I'd be happy to assist you. 

 

Try the steps mentioned in this document to resolve any ink cartridge related issues. If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
