The 304 tri-colour cartridge I was sent for my HP Envy 5020 doesn't expire until December this year. It's faulty - it does not communicate with the printer. All I want is a new cartridge and QUICKLY so I can get my uni work submitted. Saw someone advice "private message" but can't see how to send them a PM on here.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
