I have been a HP instant ink subscriber for more than 2 years without any issue, but today
I tried to install a new black instant ink cartridge and this error message keeps coming up even though I went through all the recommended steps.
"Ink cartridges problem.
Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed, and the touch OK."
I also tried the old cartridge and it showed no issue. So I can confirm the issue is in the new cartridge since the issue follows that cartridge. Please send me a new black replacement cartridge ASAP.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
