Faulty instant ink cartridge

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I'm having issues with both instant ink cartridges in my printer. There are a lot of gaps and the prints are very poor quality. Both cartridges seem faulty but especially the colour one, with no magenta ink printing.

I've run all the diagnostic options, with no success.

How do I go about getting replacement instant ink cartridges please?

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your computer.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.


Check the estimated ink levels


Clean the ink cartridges

Refer to step 10 mentioned in this document to know how. Once done, try printing a print quality report to check the print quality.


If the issue persists, perform step 12 and 13 mentioned in the same document.
