Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I received an instant ink delivery of both colour & black and the colour cartridge is faulty. When installed, the printer is giving the message

" Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed.  If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge."

I've removed it and reinstalled several times and gently wiped the strip as suggested on the support page but no joy. The old cartridge is recognised OK and a store bought HP cartridge is recognised as well.

 

So far I've went round in circles trying to find a way of arranging a return/new cartridge with no luck.

It's a 65/304 cartridge (N9K09A). The previous cartridge is identical.

 

Any help on sorting this is appreciated

i Have this same issue with the HP65XL cartridge. I have tried 2 x new cartridges and both come up with the same error. Put the old one back in and doesn't have the error.

 

Any help solving this ASAP would be greatly appreciated!
