Faulty instant ink colour cartridge HP ENVY 5640

Hello,

I have just installed my latest colour instant ink cartridge (62) and receive the message " Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed, then touch ok." I have followed all the steps suggested by the virtual assistant (check updates, switch off, clean contacts on cartridge and printer etc.) but the problem is not fixed. How do I apply for a replacement cartridge, I am happy to return this one.
