Black ink cartridge was delivered but does not function.  Printer keeps telling me that it is not inserted properly.  I can reinsert the old cartridge and it works fine.  This is the second time a new Instant Ink cartridge did not function!  HP support makes it really difficult to get a replacement.  Is there a more expedited method to get a different cartridge??

  • The old ink cartridge which works, is it an HP Instant Ink cartridge?
  • What model printer are you using?

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
