Free 3 month printing plan

Android 9.0 Pie

I've recently just bought the HP Envy 5020 All-in-One series because it had the choice of the 3-month free trial with Instant Ink, yet I cannot find any way to sign up for it. I've tried to sign up normally thinking it would be something towards the end but nothing. I haven't gotten a leaflet or anything either, but just a booklet with the Instant Ink plans in different languages. after the 3 month trial is there any further discounts i can apply for being a student? Any help?

@GGMACK

Could you share the picture of the box or the ad that says a 3-month free trial? Where did you purchase the printer from?

What is your Instant Ink account number or the email address that you use to log in to your account?

Also, verify your shipping address, printer serial number and contact phone number for further assistance.

As our conversation is private, and I will be viewing your account details, I'd like you to be aware of HP’s Privacy Policy: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/privacy/ww-privacy.html
