I have setup my new printer and enrolled for instant ink today but there is no mention of free trial. The cartridges that came with the printer that say instant ink ready aren’t showing on the account. It says shipment processing so when these arrive will my account update? I saw somewhere in support that we need to enter a claim code but can’t find where to enter it.... Very confusing and glad I’m not the only one that seems to have the same problem.

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
