I’m in my 2nd month of a 3 month free trial. I started with a 100 a month and by mistake upgraded today to heavy printing 500, instead of frequent printing 300. I don’t need 500 but was unable to change this and down grade to 300, until after the prepaid month. I haven’t any need for heavy printing and do not wish to incur a charge unnecessarily for this high level of printing which I cannot use. How can I rectify my mistake and return to frequent or moderate printing plan.
