A few months ago a made my account and hp give to my 4months of free ink since then I just have received ink once and I just checked and it said that I only have 1month of free ink left.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

I see that you are facing concerns on Instant Ink subscription details.

As its a paper-based subscription not an ink based subscription, the plan is to provide you a set of number of pages to print every month and is charged for the same, the ink is not sent every month but only when it is low.

Pages not used in a month is carried forward and you can check the rollover number of pages in your instant ink account.
