Got a new printer for work last month and signed up to the free HP Instant Ink trial initially on the 100 sheet plan.
We had an audit last month so just got my bill in for the month and as we went over on printing (I’m surprised my managed to clock up so much usage) we’ve been billed for 28 x 10 sheets. So, my free trial has cost me £28 for the first month!!
yes, I realise now I could have signed up to a different plan…but wasn’t aware that I’d be charged for the extra usage.
What’s more frustrating is that I’m still using the same cartridges that came with the printer! The first set sent by HP are still in the box!
