Free trial not activating

ENVY 6032

I bought a new ENVY 6032 last night, set it all up and enrolled in a paid plan.
The box and leaflet that came with the printer stated 5 months free trial of Instant Ink.
No option to accept this offer came up during the enrolment/setup process and nothing is showing against My Plan in InstantInk.

How do I redeem the 5 months before the 7 days runs out?

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

Is there a more universal solution to this problem? For example send this and this, to this email address, and we'll fix it for you.

This forum post is amazing to solve the issue for one person, not so much for solving the same issue for others (including me).

 

I've tried to chat the virtual agent, through which I almost got through a real person, but I keep getting this response, that honestly I can't really interpret:


WhatsApp

 

HP’s customer support is either closed or almost closed. Please try again during working hours

 

Saturday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (exclude public holidays)


So, @Jay_G24, what should I do to solve the same issue?
