NOW RESOLVED VIA CHAT

 

Hi

 

I’ve just bought a Tango that comes with a 12 month free trial. I’ve enrolled to a paid plan of instant ink (during set up) all via the app on iOS. The free trial is not showing on my account and there’s not been any opportunity that I’ve noticed to activate it. I see many others have had this problem but it’s not clear how it is resolved.
