Free trial overage?

HP Recommended
OfficeJet Pro 9015e
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just want to make sure I understand this - if I have the free trial (which I do, for 12 months) and I go over the limit, I will be charged, correct?  I picked the 1500 page plan because I print a lot of pages. Is the limit on the free trial the amount I picked for my plan, or 300 pages?  Please clarify, thanks!

Hi @Carnelian_M,

I'd like to help!

I understand you have query about your promotional free months.

You should be able to select the 1500 pages for the 12 free months, but certain promotional offers do have their limitations.

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Let me know.
