I need help! 🙏🏼 I’ve already enrolled with “Instant Ink” 4 times.. but my printer is STILL saying I’m blocked from using my printer because I have to “enroll” for instant ink?! I’ve already put my new ink cartridges in when I first received them in the mail “probably a month ago”! Why is it still not printing?? 😞 I can’t NEVER get ahold of anyone from customer service!

I can offer limited advice on the subject:

It does not make sense to me that you would have to enroll in the Print-by-Page Instant Ink service more than once.

I am also not sure whether enrolling multiple times would mess up the subscription / setup.  It seems to me, assuming such is even possible, multiple enrollments might cause problems.  Additionally, if you have more than one subscription, you are likely paying for more than one subscription.  That in itself is enough reason to contact Support.

“Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink” message

The only usable advice in the Knowledge Base article for this type of error is to contact HP Support.

The link is included at the bottom of the article.

You may need to wait for regular work hours / days to submit your case.
