I have a HP ENVY Photo 6230 printer at home. We are enrolled in HP Instant Ink monthly subscription. I tried to clean cartridges with moist cloth and waited 10 mins as instructed in some of the other posts. Also restarted printer couple of times. The error continues.
In the second try I removed the black cartridge and the error went away. Sent a colour page to print as test. It didn’t print. Can you send replacement cartridges ASAP pls as need to print work for my child’s exams in school

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
