I placed an ink order with HP and it was to be delivered yesterday.  Now trying to follow up on the status is frustrating and impossible.  No live person can assist or if you are lucky enough to get to eventually get a live person, they immediately transfer you to a "COMPUTER" .  No one can give an update of an order.  It is the last time I will buy direct from HP
