My family was gifted a printer by a family member who previously owned it but rarely used it. However, it will not let us print anything because the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink from when she had it. I get a message saying, “Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in Instant Ink.” We bought new, non-Instant Ink ink cartridges in order to be to print but it still gives us this message. We do not wish to be enrolled in this program. Is there anyway to cancel this enrollment and get the printer to work?
