envy5020: Gloss printouts: Printing black and white jpg image but after hours ink comes off on fingers. New cartridges installed, no error messages. Does anyone know the reason and is there a cure. Does hp monitor these queries to see if they have the answer.

Have you tried printing on a US letter paper and check if the issue persists?

Does this happen only while printing on Photo papers? What type of photo papers are you using?

Do you see any leak on the black ink cartridge?

 

Make sure to use compatible ink cartridges

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your computer.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, perform step 3 and 13 mentioned in this document
