Hi, we have been using our printer fine for about a year, then last night it started printing funny and missing half the words.
we tried to use the clear and alignment settings to no avail so we reset to factory settings....
now it’s connected to the internet again but won’t print as cartridge is not enrolled in HP instant ink (although it should be and was working fine) anyone know what I am missing in the setup to get this working again?

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?
As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
