Going around in circles with Virtual Agent. Cartridge not installed correctly

Hey ya there,

 

I keep on getting this message (Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed)

 

And I've tried everything I can do, just thought about ordering a new cartridge on my instant ink account but I just appear to be going around in circles with the virtual agent.

Any help I would appreciate it.
