I received a cartridge with broken clip. I have tried the stupid virtual agent and no help. Only hours I'm available are from 10pm to 7am. No help with getting a human.. how can I get help

I see that you received a defective ink cartridge. Apologies for the inconvenience.

To assist you better, is this an HP regular ink cartridge or an Instant Ink cartridge?

Did you order it from HP Store online or via phone/chat?
