HP Envy 6032 Printer
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Hi, bought new HP Envy 6032 printer on 29.9.21which included a 5 month free ink cartridge trial.  I have followed all the steps in the 123 on-screen set up instructions AND taken advantage of the monthly instant ink plan but no mention or confirmation has been made of the free ink trial.  I have tried HP chat which could not resolve the issue and made a request for a return telephone call which has not been received. The offer must be claimed within 7 days and I am concerned I may have missed the the redemption process during set up. Your assistance would be appreciated, please.
