I am with the Instant Ink program and was receiving the correct ink cartridges for the HP 3830 printer. Just recently they started sending me the 63/303 and 63/304 cartridges and they are too "long" and they actually jammed up my printer. I now have to see if my printer can be repaired.. I have made numerous calls to HP Instant Ink and tried to explain the problem with the cartridges and they keep sending me the wrong cartridges. Has anyone else had this problem? It's almost impossible to talk to anyone that understands the issues with the cartridges.
